After we’ve chatted during your free 30-minute discovery session and you’ve decided you’re all in, I send you a custom proposal to review (with a video walking you through it). Then once you’ve signed your contract and paid your deposit, it’s official—your project is booked and your website changes are officially a-brewin’.

You’ll get a custom website copy questionnaire as your onboarding homework, then we’ll get totally in sync about your brand, your messaging, and your goals on a 60-minute kickoff call.

After our kickoff, it’s time for me to do all the research—research on your competitors, research on your market, research on SEO keywords—and then take all that research and craft a first draft that’ll be delivered to your inbox (plus Loom walkthroughs) within 3 weeks.

Once you have the draft, you’ll read through it (and all my comments) and share your initial feedback right there in the Google Doc. You’ll book a review call, and we’ll go over each page and begin to polish up the copy. Then I’ll turn your feedback into an even better second draft for your review.

After kickoff, you’ll typically get your first draft within two weeks, depending on any add-ons and the number of pages we’re writing. After that, revisions can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks, depending on how quickly we can schedule our review call!
